Personal Training Assessments:

Before beginning any class, or group it is important to understand and be aware of any physical limitations you may have to prevent either immediate or post workout injuries.

The scope of Elite Corps Finess personal training assessment not only determines current overall weight, lean muscles mass, and fat mass, but also is used to determine each clients individual limitations when performing specific exercises.

Each assessment covers the following:

Body Composition

Lean Muscle Mass

Fat Mass

Health Questionaire

VO2 Max (Cardiovascular Capabilities)

Strength

Flexibility

Stability
